Please confirm that you have read and agree with the rules (Article 1.2). The following information will be required when an Entry is registered: Team name Team country Team manager name and surname Team Manager mail address Driver #1 name and surname the number on the race car iRacing ID Driver #2 name and surname the number on the race car iRacing ID By registering, the drivers confirm that they agree to these rules and that they will abide by them during the championship. Applications that do not contain the information required above will be rejected and will not be considered. Team managers will receive a confirmation e-mail once their entries are confirmed which will also contain a team password which will be used for race registrations. Registration deadline: 12 April 2020 1.2 General rules Read the general racing rules, basic information, and rules specific to this championship (current text). 1.3 Entry fee The entry fee for the championship is €10 and it must be paid in three days after sign-up to our PayPal account registration@slo-racing.com. If you're unable to use PayPal, please contact us at info@slo-racing.com and we'll try to arrange an alternative form of payment. NOTE: Pre-season is FREE! 1.4 Registration with your real name You have to register for the championship with your real name. By registering, you agree that your first and last name will be used when writing championship news on our portal, slo-racing.com's Facebook page and on our other media channels. 1.5 Race car There is only one car to choose from and that is the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport MR 1.6 Car number You can choose numbers 1-99 (one and two digits only). The numbers will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event that a number is already occupied, we will notify the driver to choose another number. 1.7 Teams You can register your own team or you can join an existing one (please contact the team owner and arrange everything with them). 2 Organization and championship information 2.1 Race Calendar Changes can occur if the organizer estimates that this may improve the Championship. Points will be awarded to individuals as well as teams. The following scoring system will be used. The driver can only get points if he has finished >75% of the total race distance. Team's score will be a sum of their drivers' points for the race. 2.5 Pit Stops Pit stops are not mandatory 3 Liveries3.1 Custom liveries Drivers can have their own custom liveries. We will be using Trading Paints service so there is no need to send in your livery. 3.2 Copyrightslo-racing.com is not responsible for the unauthorized use of logos or any other copyright infringement materials when creating liveries. This responsibility lies with the driver driving the race car concerned. Drivers are advised to obtain written permission to use copyrighted content on their race cars. 4 Server settings4.1 Time and weather Date, time and weather settings for each race will be published separately in the race information topic. 4.2 Sessions 4.2.1 Practice session Practice session will start with 0% track state and the event in-game time start time will be determined in the race information topic for each race. 4.2.2 Qualifying session Track state for Qualifying session will be carried over from Practice. The event in-game time will also be carried over from the practice session. For the Qualifying laps everyone will be on track at the same time. If you are not on a fast lap or if you have just made a mistake and a faster driver is approaching you from behind, please do everything you can to let them through. 4.2.3 Race 1 Track state for Race 1 will be carried over from Qualifying. The event in-game time will also be carried over from the Qualifying. Race 1 grid will be determined by the time set in the Qualifying session. All races will have a rolling start. 4.2.4 Race 2 Track state for Race 1 will be carried over from Qualifying. The event in-game time will also be carried over from the Qualifying. Race 2 grid will be determined by the finisihg positions in Race 1. Top 8 drivers' positions will be reversed. 4.3 iRacing Sporting Codes iRacing Official Sporting Code will be used and applied where possible. 4.4 In-race penalties There will be no live Race Control for the session which means only iRacing in-race penalty system will be used for contact, track limits, false starts, speeding in the pits,... There will be no incident limit. 5 Awards and prizes If there are any awards and/or prizes available, they will be given out after the end of the Championship at the annual slo-racing.com Members' Meeting.
