Praise the targa gods to gives us one day a proper version. the background is not really glitchy, it is the default setting of AC to hide anything that is farther than 5000m. As Koke said this video was from much older version and there was just no cameras setup. We had this problem with our tracks as well, but then the solution was found. The TV camera values just needed to be changed from 5000m to anything above depending on the distance of panoramas from the actual track.
