The Lotus Exige S Roadster combines its coupé twin’s mesmerizing grunt and handling with an open air experience that makes the driver feel all the more at one with the road.

It’s the first time an Exige model has been offered with a factory-fitted soft top roof, one which is typically lightweight and easy to put up and take down. In true Lotus fashion the finely tuned suspension delivers a responsive ride and sublimely agile handling, whilst the supercharged 3.5 V6 engine with race-derived technologies delivers stunning performance. Reaching 100 kph from standing in 4 seconds (0 – 60 mph in 3.8 seconds) and 0 – 160 kph (0 – 100 mph) in 8.5 seconds this little roadster packs a punch both on and off the track.

The Lotus Exige S Roadster will be included in the first release of Assetto Corsa.

Po ogledu obeh zgornjih videov lahko rečem da fizika izgleda res top

Ko bi le to "zibanje ladje", ki po mojem čisto pokvari občutek (tudi v vseh ostalih igrah) in pravzaprav zakrinka dobro realizirano fiziko iz kokpit pogleda, ki jo ta avto zagotovo ima. Upam da se bo to dalo vsaj izklopit. Očitno je, da razvijalci še niso tako daleč, da bi približno realizirali realistično gibanje (če gledamo iz kokpita), zato je bolje, da je vse skupaj bolj statično ali izklopljeno.

The Kunos Simulazioni junior programmer is reported to be working on an algorithm to simulate the trajectory of the Sun for any given location on Earth in realtime for use in the Assetto Corsa Simulation title.

This should reproduce realistic lighting and shadow visuals depending on the geographical coordinates of an Assetto Corsa track and visualize the curve movement of the sun in relation to the to time and date.

The supplied screenshot shows the code in action, at the Kunos Simulazioni home base at the Italian Vallelunga race track. Both the Virtual and real world shadows seem to line up.
